Practice Nurses

Our General Practice Nurses are Division 1 Registered Nurses who have undergone extensive training in General Practice nursing after working in Hospital settings. They help in patient assessment and see most new patients to complete baseline information and help with the care of shared antenatal patients.

Our Practice Nurses are Immunisation Accredited and provide most childhood and adult vaccinations.

They assess new patients, help with chronic disease management and assist with GP Management and Team Care Plans.
